From a vineyard called Rossio, over 80 years old. The harvest was carried out in mid-August, depending on the weather conditions and grape ripeness. The bunches are selected and sorted by hand.

Tasting Notes: Citrine color with a bouquet of mature aromas, presenting a Mediterranean style, but with a long, fresh flavor and excellent acidity due to the characterization of the vineyard, grape varieties and region.
