Grapes of 70% Arinto and 30% Fernão Pires, harvested earlier, ferment together at a controlled temperature. Part of the batch (30%) ages in used French oak barrels, and the remainder ages for 10 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

Tasting notes: Lemon yellow in color, with aromas of fresh citrus fruits, some white fruit and floral notes, soft toast, and ginger. On the palate, it's complex, with an intense and expressive flavor, well-integrated acidity, and a finish of elegance and freshness.
