Product Info
A French grape variety not very common in Portugal. Although typically associated with sweet wines, ODE Semillon is a dry wine with a low alcohol content and high natural acidity. To add texture and definition, approximately 15% of this wine was aged in new 500L French oak barrels for five months. As a young wine, this wine pairs easily with grilled or fried seafood. Aged, it's the perfect wine to pair with roast pork or poultry such as pheasant.
