Grapes harvested manually in 20kg buckets, then transported to the winery. Destemming and crushing of bunches, followed by a long direct pressing. Decanting for 36 hours. Fermentation in used barrels

Tasting Notes: It has citrus notes, sometimes some mineral, and is moderately intense. As it ages, it develops aromas of honey and kerosene. In the mouth it is acidic with notes of fruit of excellent complexity. Very fresh, due to its natural acidity, and a very intense aroma
