The harvest was meticulous and manual, respecting the integrity of the berries. Some of the grapes were vinified using the open spout method, in small stainless steel vats (without contact with the skins) and the rest through fermentation (contact with the skins) in a wine press. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels
