The Ramilo family has been linked to Colares since the first half of the 19th century.
The grapes were vinified using the open spout method, without contact with the skins, with fermentation in stainless steel without yeast inoculation. Aged for 9 months on lees in stainless steel

Tasting Notes: Very original aroma, due to its minerality. In the mouth, it surprises with its unusual unctuousness and salinity
