Fermentation took place along with some of the skins for almost a month in old French oak barrels. Fermentation occurred naturally, transforming the sugar into alcohol, after which the wine remained in the barrel for four years.

Region: Vinho Verde

Tasting Notes: Intense golden color with a clear, thick appearance. Aroma of ripe, dried stone fruit and iodized honey. Complex and intense flavor of dried fruit, caramel, nuts, some tannin, moderate sweetness, and a fresh finish.
