The vineyards are located in the finest clay-limestone soils of Bairrada in the Ancas area. Expressing the authenticity and purity of the Bairrada terroir through artisanal sparkling winemaking methods.
Grape varieties: Arinto, Bical and Chardonnay.
Region: Bairrada
Tasting Notes: Straw-yellow in color, it has a fresh, intense aroma, and is very elegant. Fruit notes, such as green apple, add vibrancy to the overall flavor. The palate is balanced and delicate, with a creamy mousse and fine bubbles. The finish reveals dried fruits and hints of pastry.
