From the origin, from the vineyard to the bottle, the philosophy is to create a wine that respects the expression of the grape without makeup or artifice. Maintaining ancestral winemaking techniques with minimal intervention. Nossa red comes from old vines from several areas mentioned on the map. The viticulture work is manual, respecting traditional techniques of the region, maintaining the natural vegetation without resorting to herbicides.

Tasting Notes: Deep cherry red colour with aromas of red fruits, wild grass and a light perfume, with a mineral and rocky character. On the palate, it reveals a structure rich in fruit, with a slight influence of oak wood, well balanced by the freshness and tannins.
