Tasting Notes: Citrus and floral aromas, reminiscent of orange blossom, orange peel and quince. Hints of spice and beeswax add aromatic complexity. On the palate, it is an elegant wine, full of minerality and freshness, reflecting the limestone soils from which it comes. It is simultaneously a deep, structured and complex wine, the result of the perfect maturation of the grapes during harvest and the long aging in barrels
