Les Blancs Millésime Champagne 2020 is made from 100% Chardonnay, vinified plot by plot exclusively in stainless steel tanks, to preserve aromatic precision and expressiveness. Malolactic fermentation is carried out entirely, contributing to the wine's balance and roundness. After bottling, the wine matures for over 48 months on its lees, developing complexity and depth. The final dosage of 2 g/l classifies it as Extra Brut, while the absence of fining and filtration preserves the integrity and purity of its expression.
