We sought to explore a different, more delicate, and demanding approach to the Síria grape variety. This exercise resulted in this wine, which is ready to be drunk but also shows great ageing potential.

Tasting Notes: Fresh, provocative and crisp, with herbal notes of lemon balm and much more evident lime, and a hint of bay leaf; the nose has delicate aromas of stone fruits suggesting apricot and peach, all in a balanced, subtle, fine and elegant register.
The finish leaves a refreshing and long sensation of acidic freshness, full-bodied on the palate and with the aroma and flavour of wet granite stone.
