From hand-picked grapes, a pre-fermentation maceration was carried out in a rotating tank for 16 hours, fermented with selected yeast at a controlled temperature. Part of the batch fermented in French oak barrels. "Battonage" was carried out with fine lees.
Grape Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer
Region: Tejo
Tasting Notes: Citrine in color with greenish hues, with tropical notes of pineapple, mango and lychee, light vanilla, medium body, soft, round, fresh, with an aftertaste and some persistence.
Alcohol Content: 13% Vol.
