Hand-harvested in 18kg boxes, carefully selecting the best grapes from the vineyard. The grapes were completely destemmed and immediately pressed. The resulting must was transferred to a small stainless steel tank, where it decanted at a low temperature for 48 hours. The clean must began fermentation in 500L French oak barrels with indigenous yeasts. The wine remained in the barrels for 4 months.

Grape Varieties: Encruzado and Malvasia Fina

Region: Dão

Tasting notes: Clear and bright greenish-yellow color, aromas of lychee, rose, and lemon. White-fleshed fruit, flower pollen, and a very intense and pleasant bouquet. On the palate, it is very fresh and mineral, with elegant and lingering acidity.
