Terra Forte, from Tanca Nica, is a 100% Zibibbo white wine, with a savoury character and notes of fruit and Mediterranean vegetation. The name derives from the type of soil – distinct from that used in Soki Soki – rich in clay and with high levels of aluminium and iron, which gives power and structure to the grapes. The grapes come from a single vineyard grown using the alberello system, located in the Bonsulton district and planted in 1931.
Vinification includes 15 days of maceration with the skins, and aging takes place in both glass carboys and stainless steel tanks.
Only 1,000 bottles are produced per year

Tasting Notes: Dried apricot, candied orange peel, bergamot, wild fennel, and herbal tea. Rich and viscous sensation, with notes of peach skin bitterness, tangerine, and strong stone minerality. Long and saline finish, with a chalky structure and striking texture
