This white wine is the result of a joint project between Filipa Pato and her husband to create a wine that expresses the full potential of the exceptional terroir of Óis do Bairro. This village has been known since the 19th century for its remarkable ability to create exceptional "grand cru" white wines, boasting the richness and finesse of top-notch Burgundy whites.

Tasting Notes: Very minerally nose with some smoke due to the limestone soil. It has a distinct fruity touch of pear (typical of the Bical variety) and a light dried fruit character (hazelnut, almond, pine nut). After some time in the glass, it still reveals thyme and honey. The palate is refined, creamy, relatively smooth, and has a present minerality, a kind of salinity due to the typical Atlantic climate. The wine is very full on the palate with an almost crunchy texture of dried fruit. The finish is voluptuous with very precise notes of preserved and ripe fruit.
